DnD 5, AD&D-Reprint und DnD-Minis

Allerlei News in Sachen DnD gab es ja in letzter Zeit. Zuallererstzt natürlich, dass eine neue Edition für DnD angekündigt wurde, was man ja „live“ im Herzlichen Rollenspielblog verfolgen konnte. Argamae und ich haben darüber ja im 9. GK-Podcast philosophiert und ich muss sagen, wir lagen gar nicht schlecht… Aber hört selbst (ab Minute 47)! Argamae hat außerdem etwas zum Design von DnD 5 von Co-Designer Robert J. Schwalb übersetzt, dass findet man hier. auch Monte Cook hat sich zu Wort gemeldet mit seinem neuesten Legends & Lairs-Artikel, Looking at the Past and the Future.

Außerdem will Wizards einen Reprint von AD&D fahren, die Herzlichen berichteten bereits.

Und sie machen wieder eine Mini-Reihe mit vorbemalten Minis unter dem Titel Dungeon Command. Immer 12 Minis dazu einige Tiles in Themenboxen für rund 40 Dollar. Die Figurensets Heart of Cormyr und Sting of Lolth sind schon angekündigt. Dazu heißt es:

„Dungeon Command features themed miniature factions designed to play as unified war bands, in a game eliminating luck-driven mechanics in favor of player-driven skill, creativity, and quick thinking.

Each Dungeon Command faction comes in its own box, containing twelve miniatures (plus the cards, tiles, and rules for the game). In addition to their use in Dungeon Command, these miniatures can also be used in the D&D RPG, with their cards further usable with D&D Adventure System board games (Castle Ravenloft, Wrath of Ashardalon, and The Legend of Drizzt). While each faction is meant to be played by a single player, quick-start rules allow two players to engage in a shortened version of the game using only one box.“
